Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VisiGuide at visiguide.info and related services. By creating an account or using VisiGuide, you agree to these Terms.
If you use VisiGuide on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
VisiGuide provides tools to create branded property websites, digital guidebooks, and related guest-facing content. Features vary by plan and may change as we improve the product.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use VisiGuide.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or publish, including property details, images, and guidebook materials.
You grant VisiGuide a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to provide the service to you and your guests.
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you publish and that it complies with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
You may not use VisiGuide to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to spam or harass others; to attempt unauthorized access to systems; or to interfere with service operation.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to users or the platform.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, free trials, and billing intervals are described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Fees are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled according to our published refund policy and applicable law.
You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings.
Disclaimers
VisiGuide is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not responsible for guest bookings, third-party listing platforms, or the accuracy of user-provided property information.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisiGuide and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
