Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every VisiGuide plan includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. You can build, customize, preview, and publish during the trial (with caps). After the trial, subscribe to keep guest experiences live. Plans start at $5/month.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your 14-day trial ends you will be prompted to subscribe to keep your property sites and guidebooks live. Your content and settings are preserved — subscribe at any time to pick up right where you left off.
Can I use VisiGuide for standalone guidebooks without a property site?
Yes. VisiGuide supports property-linked guidebooks and standalone guides for weddings, events, destinations, and other use cases. Share a link or QR code — guests do not need to download an app.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Custom domains are included on Starter and higher plans so your property site and guidebooks match your brand. Solo and trial hosts can publish on visiguide.info subdomains.
Can co-hosts or team members help manage content?
Yes. Invite co-hosts, cleaners, or virtual assistants to your VisiGuide workspace so your team can update property sites and guidebooks from one dashboard.
How does VisiGuide compare to listing platforms or PDF guidebooks?
